This monthly rate includes premium bookkeeping, HR and benefits management, bill pay and AR/AP management, and support services. Partners services billed separately.

This monthly flat rate varies based on the amount of investment raised lifetime by the company so far and the average gross revenue per month.

This flat fee also includes the following software, complimentary as part of your monthly fee:
Quickbooks Online - Essential-level pricing, including up to 3 users from your organization.
Quickbooks Bill Pay - Premium-level pricing, including up to 40 free ACH payments per month. If deemed necessary, we can migrate your company to Bill.com instead, for which we will cover the cost of one company user on the Accounts Payable plan. You are still required to pay any payment processing fees.
Gusto - Plus-level pricing, for up to 10 team members (employees or independent contractors). If you have above 10 team members, we add +$50/mo per additional team member to the monthly flat fee.

Please be aware of the following additional terms:
Setup Fees: There is a one-month setup fee billed at the start of the contract. If you need catch-up bookkeeping, additional fees may apply.
Excludes International Payments: We can setup, provide, and manage solutions for international contractors and employees, as well as some international payments, some of which are at additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
Excludes Tax Filings: Though we can help seamlessly manage and facilitate the process with our tax filing partners, including Accountalent, annual corporate tax returns, DE franchise tax filings, and R&D tax studies are at additional cost and is NOT included in our monthly rate. Please contact us for more information.
Excludes One-Time Registration Filings: Through our partners at Accountalent and CorpNet, we can assist you with BOI filings and one-time state payroll tax registrations at additional cost that is NOT included in our monthly rate. Please contact us for more information.
