Alec has 15+ years of experience starting, mentoring, and consulting for businesses across many industries. He believes data-informed decision making, an emphasis around client experience, a strong team culture, and financial integrity yet savviness can make all the difference for a business.
Alec brings his experience to new and early-stage businesses. From advising on strategic decisions to delivering monthly financial reports, Alec can advise and support you with both your financial back office and your strategic top-level decisions.
Outside of Zephyr, Alec is an avid home cook, foodie, sleight-of-hand magician, and concierge of all things relaxation.
Sarah Chapdelaine, VP of Client Services & Experience
With 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry (both in recruiting and account management) and many years serving customer-facing roles, Sarah helps Zephyr’s clients feel at ease when managing their back office processes.
From running payroll to onboarding your first employee and their benefits, bill pay to getting urgent deliverables to our clients, Sarah can advise you each step of the way to ensure you, your team, and the business are both successful and compliant.
When Sarah is not helping clients manage their processes, you can find her on the golf course, hanging out with her partner and dog Kobe, and indulging in the guilty pleasure of reality TV.
Danytza Avila, Director of Finance & Accounting
Danytza has honed her expertise in finance and accounting for over six years, excelling in managing financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and identifying discrepancies in financial reporting. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensure that clients' financial records are impeccably maintained and that compliance is upheld.
Driven by a strong desire to help others & make a positive impact, Danytza brings passion, strong values & charisma. Her ability to understand people's motivations & emotions allows her to communicate effectively & stand up for what she believes is right.
