Alec has 15+ years of experience starting, mentoring, and consulting for businesses across many industries. He believes that data-informed decision-making, an emphasis on quality and client experience, a strong team culture, and financial integrity and savviness can make all the difference.
Outside of Zephyr, Alec is an avid home cook, foodie, sleight-of-hand magician, and concierge of all things relaxation.

Sarah Chapdelaine
With 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry (both in recruiting and account management) and many more years serving customer-facing roles, Sarah helps Zephyr’s clients feel at ease when managing their back office processes.
When Sarah is not helping clients thrive, you can find her on the golf course, hanging out with her partner and dog Kobe, and indulging in the guilty pleasure of reality TV.

Sydney brings strong knowledge and experience to her role, with 7+ years of combined experience in the financial services industry and at Zephyr, contributing to strategic planning, financial management, and thoughtful decision-making.
Outside of work, Sydney - a long-time resident of San Francisco - recharges by traveling, baking bread, scuba diving, and strolling through Golden Gate Park.
